Born in San Diego, John “JD” Diaz moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to study Marketing at UNLV—an education that shaped his strategic approach to real estate.

He began his career in 2015 with Shea Homes as Marketing Manager, quickly earning his license and becoming a top-producing agent in his first year. By 2017, he transitioned into general real estate, achieving Top 1% recognition early while leveraging branding and digital platforms to build a distinct luxury presence.

In 2020, JD founded Diaz Luxe Group at Keller Williams Luxury International, building the #1 team in its first year. In 2023, he joined Douglas Elliman, expanding into ultra-high-net-worth markets and cross-market collaboration.

Now at IS Luxury, JD aligns with a boutique brokerage known for elevated service and local expertise. Backed by a strong network and team, he delivers results with precision and heart—driven by his wife, Rachel, and daughter, Teagan.
